1. The barcode has not been registered on the laboratory website - if your barcode begins with an M or an R, then register here: https://randoxcovid.azurefd.net/urnRegistration

If it begins with a number, then register here: https://portal.salient.bio/.


2. The results have gone into your junk folder.


3. There was a typo made when registering your email on the laboratory website. If this is the case we recommend you get in contact with the lab directly in the first instance. If the problem persists then do get in touch with us and we'll sort it out for you.

4. Your test has not yet reached the lab. This is most often the case when using Royal Mail to deliver your test to the lab as it can be affected by demand.
