During the booking process, you can select whether you would like your test kits posted or if you would like to collect them from Mayfield Clinic Oxford.

- Collect: your test kit can be collected from our clinic during our normal office hours (Monday to Friday 9.30am-5.30pm)

- Post: your test kit will be processed and sent out the next working day (excluding weekends) using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, we expect that your test kit will be with you within 48 hours.  It will be sent to the address of your choice which you can select during the booking process.

Please ask if you would like a courier delivery service directly to you.  They can wait whilst you take your sample and return to us.

Please be aware that from the 5th of March 2022, we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, including for collections and drop-offs for COVID-19 tests.
