Our team of clinical psychologists does not routinely give a written report of their findings. If a report is required please inform your clinician when you see them. 

The clinician will give you an estimate of the time it will take to produce the report, and the price for the report. You can then decide whether to proceed with the report or not.

If subsequent to an appointment you require a report, you can contact the practice via the button below. Please note, there will be an additional cost for a report - typically equivalent to a follow-up consultation fee.
