Standard Membership - Designed for individuals or families who use the practice on an adhoc basis alongside other care provision. You'll benefit from discounted rates on our service, direct access to our front-desk by phone and WhatsApp, an an annual Health & Exercise consultant assessment. 

Core Subscription Membership - The Core Subscription membership is for individuals looking to use Mayfield Clinic as their main primary care provider. It includes up to 10 GP consultations per annum, which can be used on any of our regular GP services including standard appointments, blood tests, immunisations and sexual health. You also receive 20% our standard blood test profiles.

Premium Subscription Membership - The Premium Subscription membership is for individuals looking to use Mayfield Clinic as their main primary care provider, and would benefit from unrestricted access to our mental health and wellness provision. The monthly fee covers up to 10 GP consultations per annum, 6 mental health consultations per annum, 30 visits to our partner gym in Summertown, and access to a number of sessions with a personal trainer. You also receive 20% off our standard blood test profiles.
