To book an appointment with our mental health professional, you will require a referral. This can be obtained from a Mayfield Clinic GP or from your existing GP. Our team will carefully review each referral prior to acceptance to ensure it falls within our scope of work and meets our service requirements. 

If we are unable to accept the referral, we will contact you with further information.
