You can cancel your appointment through the appointment confirmation email you received. 

Upon cancelling your appointment, any pre-paid consultation fees will be refunded. We are unable to refund fees paid for immunisations, as these are specifically ordered for your appointment.

Appointments can only be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment start time.
