In the event that you do not attend your appointment, our Terms & Conditions dictate that within 24 hours of an appointment, appointment fees are non-refundable.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Up until 24 hours prior to your appointment, you can cancel online and will be refunded any pre-paid consultation fees. We are unable to refund fees for non-consultation items such as immunisations, as these are ordered in specifically and not held in stock.

 

What if my appointment slot is subsequently filled?

We are generally unable to fill appointment slots at last minute. However, if you are unable to attend, please let us know via the button below, and should we be able to fill your appointment slot, then we will refund your booking.
